The house and the property which served as our family's holiday home for 58 years is now for sale.
The property is located in the quiet streets of Balatonakarattya with the one of the most beautiful panoramic views, at Orgona utca 53.
The terraced, green plot measures 870 m and offers a variety of building options.
The permitted building area in Balatonakarattya is 15%, with a building height of 4.5 m.
On the street level we have a 46 m wooden house on a concrete foundation with two and a half rooms, a dinig-kitchen, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Our family still enjoys spending time in this house, but for a new owner, it could maybe serve as a stepping stone before (further) construction.
The property has all utilities: heating is provided by two gas convectors, hot water is provided by an electric boiler, and wastewater is piped into the street sewer system.
The most valuable feature of the property is the enchanting panoramic view from the terrace and living room of the lake, of its entire Eastern -basin, and the Tihany Peninsula. In the evening, even the lights of Siófok are visible.
It is truly a rarity; such an unmissable, spacious property with an eternal panorama is rarely offered in Akarattya.

The stairs lead to the lower part of the lushly planted garden, where you'll find a 25 m wooden house with a terrace, ideal for vacations at the same time. It has one room, a kitchen-dining room, a bathroom with an electric boiler, a shower, and a WC, as well as a tool shed an excellent place for young people to enjoy complete seclusion from other family members.
In the lower part of the garden are fruit trees planted by my mother: cherry, quinces, apple, plums, and figs.
From here, a pedestrian gate opens: Bezeredj Beach is less than a 10 minute walk downward.
Budapest is 95 km away by car, and Csittényhegy Train Station is about a 10 minute walk away.
