A 2. emeleti (lift van) lakás egy nagy, igény szerint leválasztható nappalival rendelkezik, és két erkéllyel (4,8 és 5,2 nm). Teljesen felújított, gépesített és berendezett.
Klíma nincs, de igény esetén beszerelhető.

Kisállat nem hozható, dohányzás tilos!

A házat és a nagy kertet gondnok tartja karban. A lakóközösség közös használatra sütögető, pihenőrész és játszótér áll rendelkezésre.

Közös költség: 20.000 Ft/hó
Rezsi: 10.000 Ft/hó

Beköltözés feltétele: 1 havi bérleti díj, 2 havi kaució.

The house and large garden are maintained by a caretaker. For common use in the residential community there is a barbecue, a rest area and a children's playground.
